Photo of Clock by Gene Bigelow at the Uintah County Building in Vernal, Utah. Clock is four layers long, centered in the image, and head-on. The bottom layer is a rectangular surface. The second later has two door-like features. The third layer has a railing and 8 window-like features. The fourth layer has a clock, with the time 12:00, underneath fretwork with a face carving. Top of the clock features four steeple-like features and an additional central triangular feature.
