The Great Seal of the State of Utah

An American flag on a pole is on both sides of the shield. This is encircled by a golden rope-like design. Encircling this, written in white is "The Great Seal of the State of Utah" with "1896" at the bottom center. The outermost edge of circle is enclosed by another golden rope-like design.
